Shipping policy
OVERVIEW
Wilson Auto Parts ships quality used, reconditioned and new auto parts from Auto Salvage Yard to customers UNITED STATE wide. This page explains shipping options, timeframes and how we handle bulky freight, tracking and delivery issues.

- Rates are calculated live at checkout based on size, weight and destination.
- We use trusted carriers such as DHL, UPS and FEDEX.
- Bulky or heavy items ship with a freight specialist. Smaller items ship via parcel services.
3. Processing and dispatch
- Most in-stock orders dispatch within 1 business day.
- Orders placed after our daily cut-off, on weekends or public holidays dispatch the next business day.
- If an item needs extra handling or verification, we will contact you before dispatch.
4. Delivery timeframes
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and vary by carrier, service and destination. These are estimates, not guarantees. Remote and towns areas may take longer.
5. Click and collect
Select Pickup at checkout. We will confirm when your order is ready. Bring photo ID and your order confirmation when collecting.
6. Tracking
You will receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched. Tracking events may take several hours to appear after the first scan.
7. Authority to Leave
If you select Authority to Leave, the parcel may be left at the address without a signature. Once the carrier marks the item as delivered, responsibility transfers to you.
8. PO Boxes, parcel lockers and remote areas
- PO Boxes and parcel lockers are supported for eligible parcels via mail box.
- Large or heavy items cannot be delivered to PO Boxes or lockers. We may request a street address.
- Remote locations may require additional transit time or a depot collection.

Orders with multiple items may ship in separate consignments to speed up delivery. You will receive tracking for each consignment.
11. Packaging and inspection on delivery
We pack parts to protect them in transit. Please inspect deliveries on arrival. If packaging is damaged, note it with the driver where possible and take photos before opening.
12. Damaged, missing or lost items
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost, contact us promptly with your order number, photos and tracking details. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
13. Risk and title
As set out in our Terms and Conditions, title passes to you when payment is received and risk passes to you when we despatch the goods.
14. Address accuracy and redelivery
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. Fees may apply for address corrections, redirection or redelivery if the carrier is unable to deliver.

For returns, exchanges or warranty claims, please see our Returns and Refunds Policy. Some returns may attract a restocking fee and must be in saleable condition with proof of purchase. Warranty claims do not cover labour or freight unless required by law.
